Retreats

For women who need a real break.

A few days away where you don’t have to hold everything together

Most women who come on a Blue Spaces retreat arrive feeling a bit tired of carrying so much.

Work decisions. Family logistics. Keeping up with whatsapp group messages. Clearing your inbox. All the small things that add up to a lot.

You might not be completely burnt out. But you probably know you need a proper break.

A few days somewhere calm where you don’t have to organise everything or be needed by everyone.

That’s what these retreats are for.

There’s yoga, good food, and long afternoons with nothing you have to organise. Some people read. Some go for a walk or a trip to the beach. Some finally switch their phone to silent.

By the end of the week, your shoulders have dropped, your head is clearer, and life feels a little more spacious again.

    Yoga & Breathwork retreat

    GREECE 2027

Most of us move through life breathing quickly and without awareness.
Shoulders lifted. Chest tight. A constant, low-level sense of urgency.

This retreat is a chance to soften that rhythm.

Over a few days by the sea, we slow everything down. The steady presence of water, open skies, and salt air begins to reset the nervous system in ways that feel both simple and profound.

Mornings start with gentle yoga to awaken the body gradually. Later, guided breathwork sessions introduce practical ways to breathe more deeply and efficiently.

Between sessions, there is time to swim in the sea, sit in the warmth of the sun, eat nourishing food and rest without interruption.

A few quiet days of movement, breath, and coastal stillness, allowing your body to recalibrate, and your nervous system to remember what ease feels like.

  • Yoga & Movement Retreat

This retreat is for those who feel the quiet nudge to move again.

Not to push harder or become someone new, but to reconnect with a body that wants to feel freer, stronger, and more at ease.

Each day begins with gentle yoga to wake the body slowly. Later, simple movement and mobility sessions focused on strength, balance, and ease. Practical, intelligent exercises that support stiff backs, tight hips and tired shoulders.

You’ll leave with a small, sustainable toolkit. Movements and routines that fit into real life and feel good enough to continue.

And between sessions, there is space.

Time to rest, walk in fresh air, read, or simply sit without urgency.
A few days where movement becomes something supportive, not demanding.

    The Wintering Retreat

    SCOTLAND

    The Wisdom of Wintering

A quiet weekend in the Scottish countryside, where short days and long nights invite a deeper rhythm of living. Frosted fields. Low skies. The raw beauty of a landscape resting.

Gentle yoga to awaken winter-stiff bodies. Bracing walks through open air and untamed ground. The contrast of cold on skin and warmth waiting indoors.

Fires lit before dusk, meals that nourish, candlelight and the quiet ease of good company.

    Time left deliberately unclaimed.
To read slowly. To sleep in the afternoon. To sit with tea and watch the light fade.

Just a few days of movement, elemental stillness and deep, restorative rest.

Our RETREATS

What the days are actually like

They’re simple.

You wake up somewhere beautiful. You might join the morning dip, meditation, or yoga. Or you might stay in bed a bit longer with a coffee and enjoy the quiet.

After a long, relaxed brunch, the afternoon is yours.

Some people head out for a walk.
Some finally open that book they’ve been meaning to read for ages.
Some sit by the pool, swim, or just have a proper rest.

Later in the day there’s another gentle yoga session, and 1:1 coaching and movement for those who want it.

There’s good food, time outside, and the kind of conversations that happen when nobody’s rushing off or checking their phone every few minutes.

Nothing is packed. Nothing is compulsory.

You can join things if you want to, or simply slow down and take the break you came for.

Most guests say something along the lines of:

“I just need a break.”

Sometimes it’s been a busy few months.
Sometimes something in life or work is changing and you need space to work through it.
Sometimes people just feel like they’ve been on autopilot for too long.

Stepping away from your normal routine for a few days often changes how things feel.

Your mind quiets down.
Your body relaxes.
Things that felt unclear start to make more sense again.

Questions people often ask before booking

People participating in a yoga or meditation session in a room with large windows and natural light.
  • Yes. Most people do.

Nearly everyone arrives slightly unsure about coming alone, but that quickly changes!

The groups are small so there’s time to socialise if you want it, and time to yourself too.

  • That’s completely fine.

Some people join every activity. Others spend more time reading, walking, or just sitting somewhere quiet.

    It’s your time.

  • No.

Everything is optional. The sessions are there if you want them, but there’s no pressure to attend.

  • No problem at all. The movement sessions are gentle and relaxed. No experience needed.
