Five days by the Ionian Sea to move, breathe and properly switch off.

Zakynthos, Greece • 4-8 September 2027

Wake up to the sea.

Practise yoga overlooking the water.

Swim, eat long lunches, read by the pool, head to the beach, watch the sun go down.

And, for a few days, have nowhere else you need to be.

Our Greece Yoga + Breathwork Retreat is four nights in beautiful Zakynthos, with twice-daily yoga, daily breathwork, meditation, nourishing food from our private chef and plenty of time to rest.

Everything is optional.

Come for the practice. Come because you need a break. Or come because spending a few September days by the sea sounds very, very good right now.

Small group • plenty of free time • everything optional

A few days to recharge

Life can be very good and still feel full.

Sometimes you don't need to change everything.

You just need to get away from your normal routine for a few days.

To move your body.

Breathe properly.

Swim in the sea.

Eat food someone else has cooked.

Spend time outside.

Go to bed tired for the right reasons.

This retreat gives you the space to do exactly that.

There'll be yoga, breathwork and meditation every day, along with a beach trip, a walk and plenty of time around the villas and pools.

Join everything if you want to.

Or skip a session, pick up your book and spend the afternoon in the sun.

No guilt. No packed schedule.

Your home in Zakynthos

For four nights, we'll have two beautiful private villas in the north of Zakynthos entirely to ourselves.

Think white stone, big skies, pools, outdoor terraces and uninterrupted views towards the Ionian Sea.

We'll practise outside overlooking the water, share long meals together and make the most of September days that still feel very much like summer.

There are plenty of places to be together — and plenty of corners to disappear to when you want some time to yourself.

Morning coffee with a sea view.

A swim between sessions.

A book by the pool.

Dinner outside as the sun goes down.

This is a big part of the retreat.

The Food

Good food is a fairly important part of a good retreat.

Our private chef will prepare a generous brunch and dinner each day, along with an afternoon snack.

Expect fresh, colourful food, plenty of it, and long meals around the table together.

Tea, coffee and snacks will also be available throughout your stay.

One evening will be spent at a local restaurant, and will be covered by you.

Who This Is For

You don't need to be an experienced yogi. Or have been on a retreat of anytime before. Or have any breathwork experience.

You might come because:

  • Life has been busy and you'd really like a few days away from it

  • You love yoga but rarely have time to practise as much as you'd like

  • You're curious about breathwork or want the space to deepen an existing practice

  • You want a holiday that feels restorative rather than exhausting

  • You'd like some time by the sea, with good food and your days largely taken care of

  • You fancy travelling somewhere beautiful but don't necessarily want to do it alone

  • You simply saw Greece, yoga and September in the same sentence and thought yes

That's enough of a reason.

“A weekend spent with kind, generous hearts, bodies stretched with practice, mind cleared with early morning dips and oh so delicious food to nourish body and soul. Just perfect, already looking forward to the next one x”

"Many attendees were regulars who know a good thing when they experience it. All levels are catered for in the yoga sessions and Laura is an amazing teacher who puts everyone at ease and brings humour and wisdom to her teaching. I feel that I left the retreat with a stronger yoga practice. The peace and ease of the whole retreat is worth turning up for. "

"The retreat was all round stunning! Having the space and time to relax and eat alongside movement practice was everything I needed. The sense of being held was felt throughout with lots of group bonding during and outside of activities. Would highly recommend to a friend"

This retreat was exactly what I didn’t realize I needed. From the moment I arrived, everything felt intentional — the atmosphere, the yoga practices, the community, and the balance between activity and rest.

What stood out most was how grounded and welcoming the experience felt. It wasn’t about perfection or performance; it was about reconnecting with yourself, slowing down, and being present. The instructors created such a supportive space for all levels, and every session left me feeling stronger, calmer, and more centered.

Previous Retreat Reviews

“My initial hesitancy was immediately forgotten from the minute I arrived.

Beautiful venue, delicious healthy food, peaceful comfortable room, positive, supportive advice if needed, yoga, movement, swimming...but most of all...delightful, funny, inspirational people. Deep friendships were formed and will no doubt endure. Recommend fully.”

The setting itself was beautiful and peaceful, making it easy to fully unplug from daily stress and settle into the rhythm of the retreat. I also loved the sense of connection that naturally developed among the group — meaningful conversations, shared meals, and genuine kindness throughout the experience.

I left feeling physically refreshed, mentally clear, and deeply grateful for the experience. If you’re looking for a retreat that combines wellness, authenticity, and community in a truly memorable way, I would absolutely recommend this one.”

“Love you lovely lot. You've changed my life honestly.”
