SCOTTISH BORDERS ❄️ 22-24 JANUARY 2027

A winter weekend

A winter weekend of sauna, sea dips, and good comfort food — in the most beautiful house in the Scottish Borders.

The best thing in your January diary.

January is a hard month. It's dark, it's long, and by the third weekend most of us are running on empty.

So we've put something good right in the middle of it. Two nights at a quirky Victorian house in the Scottish borders : a sauna in the garden, a morning dip in Eyemouth harbour if you fancy it, yoga by candlelight, and proper dinners that take all evening.

Oh, and the most stunning lounge and bar area to chill, read a book, have a chat or maybe a cheeky cocktail or two.

✨ ONLY ONE ROOM REMAINING ✨

This retreat is for you if:

  • You know exactly how January usually goes, and you'd quite like this one to be different

  • Every year you tell yourself you'll plan something just for you… and every year the diary fills up before you get the chance

  • You're the one who makes everything happen for everyone else

  • You're craving something that's part rest and part adventure. A blanket and a good book and a bracing winter sea dip

What to expect

Here’s what your winter weekend looks like:

Sunlight shining through tall pine trees in a dense forest with a mossy forest floor.
  • 2 nights of cosiness in a stunningly beautiful Victorian mansion - exclusively ours for the weekend

  • Daily yoga, movement & meditation: slow, warming practices for dark mornings and candlelit evenings

  • Sauna & cold plunge in the garden - to help reset your nervous system (and makes you feel incredible)

  • Morning sea dips in Eyemouth harbour - we’ll do it together! With hot coffee waiting

  • Proper comfort food - hearty and delicious. And made lovingly with local, seasonal produce.

  • Deep sofas, blankets & time to do nothing - read, nap, chat, properly rest.

  • Optional 1:1 coaching - if you want quiet space to think about the year ahead, we're here for a chat.

You’ll leave with:

  • ✔️ Proper rest — slow living, and the kind of deep sleep that follows cold water and warm food

  • ✔️ A clearer head — it's amazing what two days without a to-do list can do

  • ✔️ The quiet satisfaction of the sea dip — you got in the North Sea in January. It’s a win!

  • ✔️ Energy for the rest of winter — You’ll be so glad you booked this mid-winter break

"Thank you Blue Spaces Wellbeing for hosting the Reset Yoga Retreat in Mallorca - the finca was a beautiful home with many areas to relax and enjoy, with stunning views of the mountains above Soller. Set in an ancient olive grove, we were serenaded by the sound of the sheep's bells as they wandered past the yoga shala. A short hike to the beach for a swim was a highlight!"

“I have just returned from the Reset yoga retreat in Mallorca - it was the first time in 20 years I’ve taken such a break for myself, so my expectations were high! The retreat was everything I hoped it would be, plenty of yoga, fabulous surroundings and accommodation, lots of time to relax, explore, read, chat.”
