A private company retreat in the Sóller valley

A four-night slot has become available at a historic finca in the Sóller valley, set in substantial private grounds with mountain views on every side.

Nine en-suite bedrooms, a large pool, tennis court, yoga shala, gym, and generous indoor and outdoor spaces to work, eat and gather in. A twenty-minute walk from the centre of Sóller, with Port de Sóller and the coast close by. A private chef can cook throughout the stay.

We'd design the programme around whatever the team needs from its time away — strategy sessions you lead, coaching and reflective work we lead, or a balance of both.

  • Group size: 9-14

  • Nearest airport: Palma (PMI), around 40 minute transfer

  • Indicative cost: From £30k / $40.5k, including accommodation, chef, programme and hosting

  • Best suited to: Small companies, founder groups and leadership teams

More than a few days out of the office

Taking a team away creates space for the conversations that never quite happen between meetings, messages and deadlines.

Teams come to us when they're:

  • Bringing a remote or distributed team together properly for the first time

  • Giving a leadership team uninterrupted days to plan

  • Working through a period of growth, funding or restructure

  • Rebuilding after an intense stretch, before it costs them people

We start by understanding why you want everyone in the same place. Everything else — the destination, the schedule, the balance of work and rest — follows from that.

Designed around your team

There is no fixed Blue Spaces retreat format.

Some teams want a clear focus and structured working sessions. Others need a lighter programme with room to reconnect after a demanding period. Most want a considered balance of the two.

Your retreat could include:

  • Time and suitable spaces for your own company-led meetings

  • Coaching and facilitated reflective workshops

  • Yoga, movement and breathwork, adapted for all levels

  • Private chef-prepared meals and shared dining

  • Walking, swimming and local experiences

  • Unstructured time to talk, work independently or rest

Not every hour needs to be filled. The unscheduled conversations are usually where the useful things happen.

What we take care of

Depending on what you need, we can manage:

  • Destination research and venue sourcing

  • Accommodation and room planning

  • Retreat design and scheduling

  • Chefs, catering and dietary requirements

  • Coaching, yoga, breathwork and wellbeing sessions

  • Local activities and trusted suppliers

  • Airport transfers and local transport

  • Guest information before the retreat

  • On-site hosting and coordination

We assess venues not only on setting and accommodation but on the things that quietly ruin a retreat: privacy, connectivity, usable working space, accessibility and transport time.

You can ask us to design and deliver the whole experience, or to build the setting, structure and support around sessions your own team runs.

The practical side

  • Public liability and professional indemnity insurance

  • Vetted, contracted suppliers — no unknown quantities on the ground

  • Dietary, medical and accessibility information handled confidentially and in line with GDPR

  • One named contact from first brief to final departure

  • A written proposal and full costings before you commit to anything

What might a company retreat look like?

A four-night leadership retreat - FIVE DAYS

Day one
Arrival, time to settle in, and an informal welcome dinner. Nothing scheduled beyond dinner — people arrive at different times and in different states.

Day two
Morning movement, a company-led planning session in the main working space, a long lunch, and a free afternoon to rest, work or explore.

Day three
A facilitated coaching or reflective session in the morning, time outdoors in the afternoon — a valley walk or a swim — and a private dinner cooked at the house.

Day four
A final working session while the thinking is still fresh, individual downtime, and a relaxed closing evening.

Day five
Breakfast, a short closing reflection, and departure.

This is only an example. The real rhythm gets designed around your team, your objectives and how much structure you actually want.

The people behind your retreat

Most retreat agencies sell you a proposal and hand you to an account team.

We don't. The two of us design your retreat, and the two of us are there for it.

How it works

1. We start with a conversation

Tell us about the team, possible dates, location preferences and what you want the time away to achieve. Thirty minutes, no obligation.

2. We come back with a direction

Within a week, you get a suggested format, two or three possible locations, and a firm cost — not a vague range.

3. We build it

Once you're happy with the direction, we source and coordinate the venue, programme, food, sessions, suppliers and logistics in your brief.

4. We host it

We're there throughout — delivering our sessions, looking after the experience and keeping everything running so you don't have to.

Frequently Asked Questions

Tell us what you have in mind

You don't need the destination, the programme or the details worked out.

Roughly when, roughly how many people, and what you want the time away to achieve is enough to start.

We'll come back within two working days to arrange a short introductory call, then follow up with a suggested direction, locations and a firm cost.
