Reflections on Mallorca

It’s taken a little while to settle, to come down from the soft hum of our Mallorca Reset Retreat. A week that offered rest, reflection, and those simple, very human connections that remind us what it means to be alive and in community.

As a women-owned business, it felt powerful to gather women from all over the world and to create a space where we could pause, listen inwards, and reset together.

Reset: a way of starting again after a period of rest or change
— Cambridge Dictionary

Throughout the week, we explored how movement, coaching, and therapeutic conversation can gently open doors to change. There’s something about having the time and space to sit with parts of your life, business, or self that are asking for attention. The coaching conversations help make those reflections real and actionable; the therapy sessions hold the tender edges that come with growth.

Between sessions, there was time to wander the olive groves, to swim, to sit quietly with a book. Time to breathe. Time to notice. That combination of reflection and rest creates something quietly transformative.

In our everyday lives, it’s not often we give ourselves permission to slow down enough to ask the bigger questions. Retreats have a way of inviting those questions to the surface: gently, naturally and without force. Surrounded by women who bring their own wisdom and experience, change starts to unfold in its own rhythm.

We’ve been reflecting on what happens when we step away from the busyness of life and allow ourselves to be held. Held by a beautiful landscape, by the sea air, by each other. Often, the things we’ve been holding onto begin to loosen. We start to see the threads of what matters, and how we might begin to weave something new.

Krista Tippett, from On Being, asks:

“What does it mean to be human? How do we want to live? And who will we be to each other?”
— Krista Tippett, Onbeing.org

For us, retreats are one way of living into those questions. They remind us that we belong to something larger, a rhythm, a community and a moment of shared humanity.

To every woman who joined us: thank you. It was such an honour to hold space with you. We learned as much from your stories as we hope you took from the experience.

Here’s to resting, resetting, and returning a little more grounded, a little more open, and perhaps a little more ourselves.

The Mallorca Reset Retreat may be over but we have a wonderful retreat ready for you in beautiful Tavira, Portugal in May 2026.
