Presence: A Winter Series for Connection & Renewal
We’re coming up to that time when the clocks change, and suddenly it feels like we’re all meant to keep the same pace, just with less and less daylight and more and more layers?
It’s not quite burnout. But it’s something close.
That stretched-thin feeling where you’re functioning fine… just not really feeling 100% all the time.
Many of us push through this season on autopilot, promising ourselves that we’ll rest when things calm down, or when the year ends, or when the to-do list is finally clear, or when we’ve had that work/family/friends get together…
And then, somehow, it’s January, and we are all desparately in need of a break. From it all.
So instead, this winter, we’re doing things differently.
We’re slowing down, together.
The idea behind Presence
We wanted to create something that wasn’t another thing to do, but a rhythm to return to.
A pause that’s already in your calendar.
A reason to move, breathe, and check in, even on the mornings when it feels easier to stay under the duvet.
Presence is a seven-week online series blending mindful movement, reflection, and gentle conversation.
It’s a space to come home to yourself, one Wednesday at a time.
Each morning begins with a mindful movement practice led by Laura, a mix of flow, longer holds, and stillness to wake up your body and steady your mind before the day begins.
Then, after a short tea or coffee break, we gather again for a group conversation, exploring themes that show up in real life: procrastination, decision-making, protecting your energy, uncertainty, and how to close the year with intention.
You’ll leave each week with a small shift in perspective, a bit more space in your body, and maybe one practical step to carry into the days ahead.
Why we created it
Both of us have had plenty of those moments when you’re trying to do everything, be everything, and still feel connected to the parts of ourselves that weren’t about work or responsibility.
And we know we’re not the only ones.
Because most people don’t actually want more from this season, they just want to feel more present in it.
To wake up with energy again.
To stop rushing through their mornings.
To move from pressure to peace, without having to disappear off to a retreat (as much as we love those).
That’s why Presence exists, to give you that space, right where you are.
How does it work
🕖 Wednesdays 7–9am | 5 Nov – 17 Dec
✨ Early bird until 17 October
7–8am: Mindful movement to strengthen, soften, and reconnect
8:15–9am: Coffee + Coaching conversation, a space for reflection, clarity, and community
You just need to show up, come online, be as you are.
By December, you’ll likely feel more grounded in your body, clearer in your mind, and steadier in your energy, not because life slowed down, but because you did.

It’s about presence, the kind that sneaks up quietly and reminds you that you’re already doing enough.
