As the season turns, we’re invited to slow down. To move with awareness, to listen inwardly, and to reconnect with what matters most.
This seven-week series blends mindful movement, meditation, and reflection, offering a rhythm of Wednesday mornings to come home to yourself. Each practice weaves together gentle flow, vinyasa, longer holds, and stillness, cultivating both strength and softness.
By the end of seven weeks, you’ll feel more grounded in your body, clearer in your mind, and steadier in your energy. Not because life slowed down, but because you did.
The Weekly Rhythm
7am-8am: Movement
Each Wednesday begins with a mindful movement practice - a mix of flow, longer holds, and stillness to wake the body and steady the mind before the day begins.
15-minute break
Grab a cuppa, coffee, notepad, thoughts, whatever you need!
8:15-9am: Coffee + Coaching Conversation
After movement, we meet again to chat and reflect.
Each week explores a theme that shows up in real life: procrastination, decision-making, protecting your energy, uncertainty, or closing the year with intention.
You’ll leave with a fresh perspective and one small, practical step to bring more calm and clarity into your week.
