You’ve always wanted to run a retreat. Nobody helps with the hardest part — starting.

The Retreat Brain

Go from “one day” to a filled retreat that actually pays you — without losing money, or your evenings, working out how.

The Retreat Brain: a ready-made assistant that already knows how retreats work, so you’re not starting from a blank page.

Fill it, price it to actually pay you, and run it without it eating your evenings.

The bit that keeps you stuck.

You’ve got the experience. A decade of teaching, maybe more. You could hold a room in your sleep.

But the retreat stays an idea, because the moment you look at the whole thing at once, you freeze.

Where do you even find a venue. What do you pay to hold it. What if you put down a deposit and nobody comes. How much do you charge. Do you need insurance, and what kind. What’s a funnel, and why does everyone say you should have one.

So it stays on the someday list. Another year goes by. And the people who do run them? Half of them aren’t making money either. A free week in a nice place, flights covered by their guests, back home no better off. Lovely. But it’s a hobby wearing a business coat.

You don’t want a hobby. You want a retreat that pays you.

Person practicing yoga on a blue mat inside a room with large window showing a garden with trees outside.
Three women participating in a yoga or meditation class indoors. The woman in the center is seated on a yoga mat with her legs crossed, eyes closed, hands on her head, and wearing a black t-shirt. The other two women in the background are also seated with legs crossed, practicing the same pose, with one woman wearing glasses and the other with short blonde hair, both wearing black tops. There are mats, pillows, and a yoga brick on the wooden floor near each woman, and a large window with cream-colored curtains in the background.

What it does, in three parts:

  • Fill it — the part where most people freeze: launch emails, reel scripts and captions in your voice, plus the waitlist and deadline reminders — done, so it never feels salesy.

  • Price it to pay you: what it really costs, what margin actually pays you, and how many spots you need before you’re in profit — not just breaking even.

  • Run it without it eating your life: checklists, drafts and answers ready when you need them, so it’s off your hands and out of your evenings.

You bring the retreat idea. The Brain brings everything else: the pricing, the launch, the plan.

Why we’re not just guessing at this

We’re not writing this from theory. There’s two of us behind this — Nikita and Laura — and between us we’ve actually done the two hard bits.

  • Nikita’s spent over fifteen years organising events, and has built and sold one company from scratch. She’s on her second now.

  • Laura’s spent fifteen years teaching yoga, trained as a therapist, a personal trainer, and a breathwork facilitator.

Between us we’ve run seven retreats — all sold out, with waitlists. Over 100 people through them, plenty of them coming back for more. The Scotland winter retreat sold out in two weeks. Mallorca sold out so fast we had to put on a second date — and that one sold out too. None of that happened by luck. It happened because we stopped treating pricing and filling as things you cross your fingers about, and started treating them as things you actually work out. That’s what this is — what we worked out, so you don’t have to work it out the slow, expensive way we did.

How it works

  • Fill it — the part where most people freeze. Launch emails written for you, reel scripts and captions in your voice, the waitlist, the reminders, the honest nudges near a deadline — done, so it never feels salesy, because it isn’t.

  • Price it to pay you. What it really costs, what margin actually pays you, how many spots you need to sell before you’re in profit — not just breaking even.

  • Run it without it eating your life. Attendee update emails at 10pm, chasing balances, googling insurance at midnight — checklists, drafts and answers, ready when you need them, so it’s off your hands and out of your evenings.

Who this is for

  • You teach yoga, Pilates, breathwork, movement — something you’re good at and people love.

  • You’ve thought about a retreat for ages and never started. Or you’ve run one that only broke even.

  • You want it to make money, not just cover your flights.

Who it’s not for

  • You want someone to run the whole thing for you. This does the work with you — it’s brilliant, but you still show up.

  • You’ve already run several profitable retreats and have your systems humming. You don’t need this.

One honest thing before you join

The Brain lives inside Claude, which means you’ll need a Claude Pro account (about £17/month) to open it. We’re not going to bury that in the small print — you should know it before you join, not after.

Here’s why it’s worth it: Claude is what makes the Brain actually think with you, rather than spit out a template. That’s the difference between fill in this blank and something that asks you the right question back. If you’ve never used Claude before, it’s a five-minute sign-up — we’ll walk you through it.

Price

Founding price: £47 — rising to £149 once it opens fully.

£47 is less than a tenth of what one pricing mistake costs you on a single retreat. This pays for itself before you’ve filled a single spot.
