Midweek Reset

A gentle way to start your Wednesdays.

Five live 30-minute sessions at 7am, designed to help you loosen tight backs, open stiff shoulders, and wake your body up before the day begins.

Perfect if you spend long hours at a desk, feel a bit creaky by midweek, or know you need to move more but don’t want anything intense. This is simple, bodyweight movement that helps you feel better in your body. No pressure. No complicated choreography. No fitness level required. Just space to breathe, stretch, strengthen gently, and begin the day feeling clearer.

What to expect

  • 5 x live sessions

  • Wednesdays at 7am

  • Starting 20th May

  • Final session 17th June

  • 30 minutes each

  • Gentle, bodyweight based movement

  • Focus on backs, shoulders, posture and mobility

  • All sessions recorded so you can practise anytime

This is for you if:

  • You sit at a desk most of the day

  • Your shoulders live somewhere near your ears

  • Your back feels tight or tired

  • You want to move, but not punish yourself

  • You’d love a calmer start to the day
