Starting the 15th July
Join us weekly for 5 morning practices designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and begin your day feeling more grounded, present and resourced.
Each session combines meditation, breathwork, guided imagery, reflective journaling, gentle somatic movement and deep rest. Together, these practices create space to listen inwardly, develop greater self-awareness and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
This is not a fitness class or a traditional yoga course. Instead, it is an opportunity to pause, notice what is happening within you and explore your experience through movement, reflection and rest.
Over five weeks we will explore themes of presence, curiosity, compassion, balance and integration, building simple practices that can support you long after the course has finished.

The final 10 minutes of each session are dedicated to deep rest. If you need to leave for work, you are welcome to do so before this section.
