Inner Landscapes: Beneath the Surface

An Embodied Journey

Wednesday mornings| 7:00–7:45am

Starting the 15th July

Join us weekly for 5 morning practices designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and begin your day feeling more grounded, present and resourced.

Each session combines meditation, breathwork, guided imagery, reflective journaling, gentle somatic movement and deep rest. Together, these practices create space to listen inwardly, develop greater self-awareness and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

This is not a fitness class or a traditional yoga course. Instead, it is an opportunity to pause, notice what is happening within you and explore your experience through movement, reflection and rest.

Over five weeks we will explore themes of presence, curiosity, compassion, balance and integration, building simple practices that can support you long after the course has finished.

Each Session Includes

  • Guided meditation

  • Breathwork

  • Reflective imagery practices

  • Gentle somatic movement

  • Journaling prompts

  • Deep rest and integration

The final 10 minutes of each session are dedicated to deep rest. If you need to leave for work, you are welcome to do so before this section.

This Course May Be Helpful If You:

  • Find yourself constantly rushing from one thing to the next

  • Would like more calm and clarity in your mornings

  • Are looking for gentle, nourishing practices rather than intense exercise

  • Want space for reflection, self-awareness and personal growth

  • Appreciate a holistic approach that combines movement, mindfulness and rest

No previous experience of yoga, meditation or journaling is needed. All practices are gentle, accessible and offered with plenty of options so that you can work in a way that feels right for you.

Come as you are and give yourself 45 minutes each week to pause, listen and reconnect.
