About Laura

Yoga facilitator, PT, Advanced Breath-work Instructor, BACP registered psychotherapist

Laura has worked in the movement and wellbeing industry for over 17 years, teaching group classes and supporting clients one to one through every stage of life and movement.

Across that time, she has seen trends come and go. What has remained constant is her belief that movement should help people feel better in themselves, stronger, more confident, more capable, and more connected to their bodies.

Her experience spans yoga, personal training, mobility, strength and restorative movement, with extensive experience supporting people managing chronic, long term health conditions, persistent pain, reduced mobility, and recovery after surgery, including Hip Replacement and Knee Replacement.

Laura is passionate about creating classes that are both intelligently designed and enjoyable to move through, technically crafted with purpose, while still allowing space to switch off, get lost in the movement, and simply enjoy being in your body.

Known for her calm, encouraging approach, she creates welcoming spaces where people can move without pressure, build confidence gradually, and feel good in themselves.
