Schedule

This retreat isn’t just about relaxation (though we’ve got plenty of that!) - we have so much to offer

  • 7:45am: Sunrise dip

  • 8:30am: Morning yoga flow

  • 10:00am: Nourishing brunch

  • 11:30am: Free time to rest, relax by the pool, check out some boutiques, go on a hike or a run through the stunning Tramuntana trails, visit a beach, have a game of tennis, go for a sea dip… the choice is yours!

  • 2:30pm: Afternoon snack

  • 3:00pm: Optional workshops or 1:1 coaching or movement

  • 5:00pm: Restorative yoga, yin & meditation to fully relax

  • 7:00pm: Dinner: cooked by a private chef, under the stars in our stunning outdoor dining area. (At a local restaurant on the last night)

Your Sanctuary in Mallorca

This isn’t just any venue - it’s honestly the most stunning we’ve ever seen.

Nestled deep in the beautiful Mallorcan hills, this historic finca is surrounded by ancient olive groves, wild rosemary, and mountain views that stretch for miles.

Mornings start with a walk through the trees to our beautiful yoga shala. Afternoons are yours to chill by the pool, sink into a sun lounger with a great book, or sip something cold on the terrace while the sky turn pink.

And your soundtrack? Birds, breeze, and maybe the soft clink of glasses as someone says cheers to doing absolutely nothing.

The rooms are true sanctuaries - think luxury hotel meets boho hideaway. High ceilings, soft textures, all beautifully designed.

It’s the kind of place that instantly says: “You’re safe here. You can breathe now.”

  • It’s a mix of yoga, coaching, and proper time out. We’ve created it for people who need space to think, breathe, and figure out what’s next - whether that’s in life, work, or business. There’s structure, support, and lots of downtime too.

    If you’re looking for constant entertainment or a packed itinerary, this probably isn’t your thing. But if you're craving real connection, space to think, and time where no one needs anything from you, you’re in the right place.

  • No - it’s open to anyone who feels like this kind of reset would help. Maybe you’re navigating something big - career shifts, burnout, life questions - and want a break from the noise to work things through.

  • Yes - this retreat is made for that. If you’ve been going in circles, putting off decisions, or just feeling off-track, we’ll help you step back and see things more clearly. You’ll leave with a calmer mind and a clearer direction.

  • Not at all. You don’t need to be super flexible or super experienced! Our yoga is gentle, grounding, and designed to help you feel better - not to perform. You can go at your own pace, or skip a session if that’s what you need.

  • Both. You’ll rest, recharge, and switch off - but you’ll also be gently supported to work through whatever’s been weighing on your mind. You’ll head home feeling lighter, clearer, and more focused.

  • Yes - lots of people do! You’ll be warmly welcomed, and there’s a lovely balance between group connection and solo time. Whether you’re craving deep chats or just want to be left alone with a book, you’ll have the space for both.
