As the season turns, we’re invited to pause and ask: 

What protects us? Where do we need boundaries, and how do we tend them with care?

The world asks a lot of our attention and emotions right now. News, social media, work, family - it’s easy to feel constantly “on.” Tending the Threshold is an invitation to step back, steady yourself, and explore guardianship this season.

In this 90-minute movement class, we’ll use breath, ritual, and grounding asana to cultivate a flexible, durable sense of self. With rivers, mountains, and fire as our guides, we’ll explore how protection is not about closing off but about right relationship.

Together we’ll:

✨ Move through a grounding asana practice designed to strengthen boundaries and root awareness.

✨ Explore cleansing and sealing practices to release what drains you.

✨ Reflect on how we might “offer back” into the wider web of life.

If you often feel pulled in every direction or guilty for slowing down, this 90-min practice will give you simple ways to pause, feel more in control, and protect your energy as the year turns.

You’ll leave with practical tools for tending your inner world, aligning with the season, and meeting life’s currents with steadiness and care.

No experience required. Bring a notebook, something to drink, and (if you wish) a candle or small object for ritual.

Alongside the recording, you’ll also receive a free Protect Your Energy: Autumn Reset Guide - a practical companion to the class with prompts and simple rituals to help you hold onto that steadiness once you step back into daily life.
