Spring Restart:

Wake & Move

Wednesdays & Fridays, 7:00–7:30am

February 18 – March 20

As winter eases, Laura is hosting a gentle morning movement course to support an unhurried return to moving your body.

A gentle 5-week morning movement series to help you feel looser, warmer, and more like yourself again.

February and March often feel like the truer new year, a quieter turning point when light returns and the body begins to stir after winter’s slower rhythm. This short morning class series is designed to help you ease out of hibernation gently, restoring movement, circulation, and steadiness without strain.

Each week includes two 30-minute sessions.

One class is movement-focused, using simple, repeated sequences and light conditioning to build warmth and functional strength.

The second is a gentle flow yoga class drawing from the same movement patterns, supporting mobility, breath and nervous system regulation.

Join live or practise from the recordings at your own pace. Open to everyone, regardless of experience. The emphasis is on kindness, consistency, and gradually reawakening the body - nothing intense, just steady, supportive movement to help you feel more awake, less stiff, and more like yourself.

The Weekly Rhythm

7.00-7.30am: Wednesdays & Fridays

Wednesdays begin with a gentle, movement-focused practice using simple, repeated sequences and light conditioning to build warmth, circulation, and functional strength.

Fridays offer a soft flow yoga class drawing from the same movement patterns, supporting mobility, breath, and nervous system regulation.

Together, they create a simple, steady rhythm that helps the body wake up again after the slower pace of winter.

Why two practices?

  • One session builds gentle strength and warmth.

  • The other helps you soften, stretch, and integrate.

The two weekly practices are designed to support the body in complementary ways, using bodyweight-only movement that is accessible and adaptable for all bodies. No equipment is required, and the classes are open to everyone, regardless of experience.

The movement-focused session builds warmth, circulation, and functional strength through simple, repeated sequences. This helps reawaken muscles and joints, restore confidence in movement, and gently counter stiffness that can linger after winter.

The gentle flow yoga session works with the same movement patterns at a slower, more spacious pace, allowing time to explore mobility, breath, and nervous system regulation. Together, the two practices offer a balanced approach—supporting strength and activation alongside ease and recovery—so you can move consistently, safely, and with kindness.
