TAVIRA, 9-14 MAY 2026
Portugal
A quiet reset for your mind and body.
Portugal • 9-14 May 2026
Five slow days in Portugal to properly rest, calm your busy mind, and stop the constant overthinking.
This is for you if you’re tired in a way a good night’s sleep doesn’t fix.
If your mind feels full all the time.
If you just want some peace.
Expect gentle yoga and stretching, wild swims, good food, and plenty of space where nothing is expected of you.
No pressure. No packed schedule. Nothing to sort out.
Just time to slow down and feel like yourself again.
If you’re functioning, coping, and getting on with things - but worn down - this is for you.
-> Only ONE room remaining
Small group • plenty of free time • everything optional
This isn’t a busy retreat.
It’s a calm place to pause, rest, and let your mind be quiet for a few days.
For people who feel worn out, a bit overloaded, and in need of space to breathe.
This is time that’s actually yours.
You can rest, swim, read, nap, explore Tavira, or sit by the pool doing nothing at all.
There’s no need to make the most of it.
No pressure to join in.
Leave feeling calmer and clearer.

What to expect
This retreat is about slowing things down.
It’s not about fixing your life or making big decisions on the spot.
It’s about rest, space, and giving your head a break so things feel clearer again.
You can expect gentle movement, plenty of downtime, and a few optional sessions to help you reflect if you want to.
Nothing is compulsory. You decide what you need each day.
“The most valuable thing we can do for the psyche, occasionally, is to let it rest, wander, live in the changing light of room, not try to be or do anything whatever.”
― May Sarton
